Have had great service every time I've went. Food is great

The service was excellent. I ordered a steak salad (my second time). My first time the steak was just right, but this visit the steak was chewey. Yes I will eat there again and recommend it to friends.

I very much loved the dishes and customer service, awesome area to where I live. The staff members are always friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Their staff is friendly and the food is good. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because sometimes the food is slow getting to the table and it is barely warm.

Excellent menu choices. My lunch special was great. Wait staff was very nice with timely, attentive service. The pies looked amazing but i was stuffed. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm passing through.

It was our first time to eat at Red Dome Smokehouse. and we will be returning. Food and service was great!!

I took my wife to the quilt shop up the street and asked the local employee where was a good place to eat. She said she liked Red Dome the best. She was right. The fried onion strings are some off the best I have had. Went well with the fantastic burger. Loved the service. Hanna was so sweet and kept our glasses full. We will be back.

I am amending my review tonight as I have just given the worst to go order ever. The chicken fried steak was a small and not the large that was ordered, there was no toast, the steak was so cold that all you could taste was grease and was u eatable. Additionally the "charo beans" were not that at all. They were a mix of overly sweet baked beans and ranch style beans. Clearly someone is taking major shortcuts in the kitchen. Truley a damn shame!

The food was good and our server was friendly. We had a club sandwich and the catfish and both were great.

Stumbled into this place by chance - and love it! When we first pulled up, I was a little worried and the set up inside is uncommon. However, everything is clean, the staff are super friendly, the food is yummy AND well priced. Lots and lots of options for everyone and I thoroughly enjoyed my pie ... with meringue! The staff is so friendly that today I rolled in with a migraine and they provided me a couple of tylenol caplets. The bathrooms are clean and the ladies room has everything you could need (including a changing table). You'd be surprised how many local places don't have that!We will continue to come back - even if just a pie stop.

Really nice place that is family oriented. Very nice wait staff, clean tables, clean restrooms, friendly atmosphere. Loved the chicken fried steak. Next time I go back, and I will definately go back, I will get the liver and onions. People at next table had it and told me it was the best!!!

Visited this place a 2nd time and after 2 hrs waiting for food to arrive we left very displeased and hungry. We were told by the waiter and manager multiple times during the 1st 1.5 hours that the food would be out shortly and they were just slammed. Multiple tables had also waited 1.5 hours for their food which eventually arrived. During the last 1/2 hour, we were told the food would be out in 5-8 mins. The manager comp'd our fried green beans and iced tea and had the nerve to just thanks us for stopping by as we were leaving. Falls short and deaf on the experience. Too bad can't give negative stars.

I'm amazed everything is good . I have had Mexican , BBQ , chicken fried steak , breakfast it's all good can't go wrong with anything you get it's going to be good.

Really enjoyed the fried catfish. The sides of French fries and pinto beans were on point. The price is right for the what my meal was. Have had fried catfish costing a lot more and not nearly as good. My wife and I will certainly be back.

The food and service had always been great I like to bring people that come from out of town here because the food is so much better out here in the country

I was not expecting much from this place, but goodness gracious was I wrong to judge it at a glance. Ended up trying the double-meat burger here, with the chili fries, and it was incredible. Price was great for the quality and quality. I am excited to return and try some of the BBQ. For my first experience, it was WELL worth it. Wish I lived closer to try it again soon. Will very much recommend.

Bad customer service. Be prepared to sit with an empty glass or empty coffee cup due to slow or no service. Decent prices and average food. It would be a 4 star rating if service wasn’t so horrid.

Liver was cooked to a char and then hid good side up. A 'good 'ol boy" place where if they know you the service is better. I was really looking forward to good,moist liver and onions smothered in brown gravy like Circle Grill used to have that could be cut with a fork.

Bbq brisket, fried chicken livers and the chicken tenders were all good. The sides were Cole slaw, smokehouse beans, corn and fried okra were just as good. We haven't had it but we hear the breakfast buffet on Saturday is very good also.

I love the burgers and the fries are fresh not frozen. The people are friendly also.

Not happy with them tonight. Had to go elsewhere for food. Their phone was either off-the-hook or having difficulties (constant fast-busy). Long line at Drive-thru window. Smokehouse wasn't taking orders & asking cars to pull forward for next order to be placed, like normally happens. When there's that many cars lined up, an employee should be stationed outside taking orders, to keep things moving & customers happy.

A Great Family Restaurant. Our waitress, Pat, was very courteous, & made sure we were happy w/ our orders. The food was 1st hand, & well worth the price. I'd recommend Red Dome 2 all people, whether alone, w/ Family, or on a date nite. 💯🍻🏁

Food was ok but the wait and service was terrible.

Amazong chicken fried steak and burger. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely going back soon.

We were pleased with BBQ and hamburger and fries. The homemade coconut cream pie was home made and great! Nice, experienced waiting staff. Well be back.
